Brand Issue on Books

I know this has been raised many times before, however, perhaps @Ash_Amazon would be able to comment.
I have had some listings removed because they contain Volkswagen in the title. YES, of course they do, they are books about Volkswagen.
I am struggling to make seller support understand this. I was even told that if I removed the offending word from the title the books would be re-listed!!
@Ash_Amazon - why are your bots targeting books for trademark violations. Surely Amazon, as a bookseller, should understand the first sale law?
