Missing item - Scam?
Received a message this morning from a customer in Portugal:
“Hello, I have never received this item - Ofra Haza - Shaday, in Portugal”.
On investigation I discovered that I sent the cd on June 29th 2016, and that the buyer gave me feedback on the 8th July 2016. More than 3 years ago.
Anybody else ever experienced this? Is it some sort of scam?

It may be, it may be a genuine mistake. The good news is you don’t have to do a thing about it. Mark the message as No Response Needed and ignore it.

Honest people can make mistakes.
Dishonest buyers attempt an INR claim, when they are short of funds, on every order ever made in the hope some seller will refund without checking.

The buyer can no longer leave you a negative feedback due to the 90 days past order date deadline.
Also, A-Z claims can be opened until no more than 6 months after order date.
So I agree with marking the communication as “No response needed”.
