How do I update my legal entity?

My Account has been deactivated as they want me to update my legal entity, however I cannot do this for somereason as the info I need to update is greyed out.

I’ve tried calling but end up getting no where. Can someone please help me.

Check settings - account info - identityinformation
If you still can’t change it hopefully @Julia_Amazon @Winston_Amazon can move this to account health section where an account health mod can check the relevant section of your account
