Starting May 29, 2025, we’ll begin to migrate all product and food safety compliance requirements from the Manage Your Compliance dashboard to the Policy Compliance page within the Account Health dashboard.

The updated Account Health dashboard streamlines compliance management; you can monitor policy violations, submit documents, file appeals, and coordinate with Testing, Inspection and Certification providers for product verification, all in one place.

During the migration period, you must check both dashboards to view all of your violations. We'll guide you through this process with instructions on updated help pages and video tutorials when the migration starts.

The migration is expected to be complete in July, and we’ll notify you once all compliance violations are consolidated into the Account Health dashboard.

We appreciate your understanding as we work to simplify compliance management on Seller Central.

Not sure why amazon has restricted all of my units and put them on Unfulfillable units. Contacted amazon regarding this and they are saying any reason for this, Please help.

We have recently restricted listings for the product(s) listed below on Amazon.com.

I would like to cancel removal order.

Dear ,

About 10 hours ago, an automatic long-term storage disposal order was generated for inventory stored over 12 months. The order is currently still in "Pending" status.

I would like to request the cancellation of this order. I have already submitted a cancellation request through an Amazon service representative.

However, in case the cancellation is not approved, I would like to at least update the return address associated with this order. The current return address was set over a year ago and is no longer valid.

Please help me resolve this issue. I truly hope this matter can be solved.

I have books that were listed correctly and Amazon is now telling me I need approval because they are now branded to a company that makes golf grips. Amazon makes it impossible to fix simple things in minutes and and it either is not fixed at all or it just takes forever. Case ID 17918392111

Our product has been automatically merged with variant relationships by Amazon on the Canadian site.

We want to advertise this product, but it keeps showing that our product's search is suppressed because it is not active and cannot be used for advertising normally.

We approached Amazon Seller Support to help us split the variant relationship, but they haven't been able to solve it. Anyone can help us remove the variant relationship.

I’m reaching out today with a mix of concern and disappointment regarding the compliance certification process for my portable generators on Amazon Canada. After promptly submitting the 17025-accredited report as required, I was initially informed the review would take 15 working days.

Seventy days have now passed without any update, and this delay has understandably impacted my business operations. As a seller who has always prioritized compliance with Amazon’s guidelines, I hoped for more transparency in the review timeline. While I appreciate the team’s efforts, repeated follow-ups (Case ID: 17885578401) have only yielded generic responses about "escalating the case," which leaves me in a difficult position.

This product is seasonal, and the prolonged wait has created unexpected challenges—both professionally and mentally. I understand review processes can be complex, but a 70-day delay for a standard compliance check feels disproportionate.

I kindly request an update on the status of my submission and clarity on next steps. Any insight into accelerating this process would be deeply appreciated, as it would help me plan effectively and continue serving customers responsibly.

Hello,

I launched my product approximately 4 days ago. After just 2 days of sales, I received a message from Amazon stating that I needed to submit a Children’s Product Certificate (CPC). I was given only 2 days to respond, which is already quite unreasonable.

The main issue here is that the product I’m selling is not intended for children. Just because a child might come into contact with it in real life doesn’t make it a children’s product. This item is clearly designed for adults.

I contacted Amazon and explained this. They responded saying I should either remove child-related keywords from the listing or submit the required compliance documents.

So, I removed the keywords that were potentially linked to children. I double-checked the listing, cleaned up everything, and wrote back informing them that the issue was resolved. No one responded.

I opened a new case and asked them to reinstate the listing. Their response was: "Your request is still not approved because the issue remains and the product has characteristics of Collectable Toy for children. We request you take the following action to fulfill the compliance requirements for this product. Your product falls under the Collectable Toy category. You must submit the compliance documents listed on our help page to offer this product on Amazon."

So essentially, what they’re saying is this:

If I wanted to sell a gasoline canister meant for adults who drive vehicles, but there’s a chance a child might touch it, I would still need to submit a CPC?

That’s completely absurd.

Now my inventory is marked “Unfulfillable”, and I’m sure Amazon will soon destroy my entire stock, simply because I can’t produce a certificate in 2 days even though this product is absolutely not a children’s item.

Honestly, Amazon has completely failed here. The policy enforcement is unreasonable and inconsistent.

Hello,

We sell accessories that actually fit "A," but the customer reviews mention that they didn't fit "B." We have checked the product dimensions, and they are correct; the product page description also states it fits "A." I don't understand why many buyers are returning the items and saying they are not suitable for their "B."

Currently, our listing has been reported by buyers and has been suppressed from selling, which I find really confusing. For example, order numbers 112-8195538-2909027 and 112-3746965-4077868 were received as not fitting their "B." The case number is 17933106991.

I believe my product description is accurate and shouldn't result in so many buyers purchasing the wrong item. Could it be that the Amazon warehouse team made a mistake? If that's the case, even if I update the description to be more prominent, people might still buy the wrong product.

How should I go about resolving this? Could I directly ask the Amazon warehouse team to investigate? Could you please help me to see how to fix it? Thanks!

I am creating several custom pricing rules, named such as fba_match, deneme1, deneme2, etc. but none of them is shown on the main page. Because of this problem I can not delete or edit them or assign a ASIN to one of them..

But I can see the custom pricing rules I created when I enter them via one of the two Amazon pricing rules on the home page. I need help with this issue. Thanks.

i am reseller of certain products like colgate , oral b etc .. i have been selling products these products on various market place including usa for the past many months and now in colgate brand amazon has blocked few sku like 3-4 sku stating that i require approval to sell them but my other sku of colgate are running ..so what should i do now ..
