Cargos que cobra Amazon a mi tarjeta de credito

Buenos días, revisando los estados de cuenta de mi tarjeta de crédito, he intentado realizar las conciliaciones correspondientes para verificar los valores cargados por Amazon por los movimientos de mis tiendas (son dos), sin embargo al obtener los estados de cuentas por movimientos mensuales, y los diferentes informes de logística y transacciones, no logro reconocer o concordar los cargos realizados por lo que hasta ahora no puedo saber exactamente porque los valores debitados. Requiero solicitar un informe con la descripcion exacta de los debitos realizados para saber a que se deben y a que tienda pertenecen , para asi ser conciente de los valores cargados, inclyendo el hecho de que se me esta cobrando la suscripcion de amazon music, cuando no la he activado, pues solo se utiliza como cuenta de FBA, adicionalmente al dia de hoy encuentro que la cuenta de IOT WHOSALE esta inactiva Y solo tengo cuenta de Vivalyte.

"OTHERS CHARGE ONCE AGAIN" No help as usual from CS

Once again I have had $256.97 taken from my account under "others" Called CS and got the usual run around "transfer to internal team" then after 24 hours I get an email from another CS talking to me like they have no idea what is going on. Same song and dance like before with these transations. Turns out Fedex is scanning packages and overcharging. When it finally hit amazon and by the time you actually get a response and the tracking numbers, fedex says its too late to file a claim.

Transfer, transfer, transfer, internal team, internal team, internal team...................Can a moderator help here again? This is nuts that I have to fight for my money for something that is not my fault. Just take money and no reason behind it CASE NUMBER IS 17777910631 I NEED THESE TRANSACTIONS TRACKING NUMBERS FAST OTHERWISE I AM SCREWED!!

Prime Day is a valuable opportunity to build your brand awareness among Prime members. During last year's event, independent sellers sold more than 200 million items.

To prepare for this year's four-day event, you can create discounts exclusively for Prime members. These discounts can apply to a single product or a set of products.

To get started, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Advertising, and select Price Discounts.
  2. Click Create a Price Discount.
  3. Go to the Events drop-down menu, and select Prime Day. To create a discount that is exclusive to Prime customers, go to the Audience type drop-down menu, and select Prime customers.
  4. Click Step 2: Add products, and complete the workflow.

AWD MCD - PALLET SHIPPING

I've already sent feedback via email on this with no response twice but we need the ability to ship AWD inventory for MCD orders with no minimum per carton for pallet shipping.

Right now, you basically can only ship 1 SKU on a pallet with a minimum per carton for that SKU. Since the pricing for ground has gone up over 3 times what it was previously (bait and switch it feels like) cost wise makes no sense to ship ground unless you have to. Shipping 5 cartons, 5 different SKUS ground can be north of $200.00 but pallet shipping could be $50.00.

Right now, it seems pallet shipping is based on volume per SKU, so the change is simple. You set a minimum volume threshold for pallet shipping based on the overall shipment, not on the SKU level. This should be an easy change.

We ship cartons back to ourselves or wholesale customers and its silly. We are getting these very small pallets with just 2 cartons on it sometimes. When everything could fit on 1 pallet. I would imagine it could save amazon money as well since they could be sending 1 pallet out instead of 4.

I need the ability to ship 10 different SKUS, 10 cartons on 1 single pallet if needed. Please get this done asap!

We've been a book reseller on Amazon for over 10 years. Our 2024 sales were $750,000. The month of may starts our busy season and we typically sell $70-90,000 each month with August hitting $200,000. Something catastrophic has happened to our account and our sales plummeted 90% this month. Our account is perfectly healthy and all of our metrics are good to perfect but our entire catalog of 3,500+ offers aren't being allowed to be Featured Offers. In the past we always had a very healthy amount of offers in the Buy Box and it all went to zero on 4/09. Nothing has changed on our end to warrant this. I cannot reach anyone knowledgeable enough to resolve this. We are in desperate need of help. Our current case ID is 17764999071. This is the third case we've filed trying to get help.

Please don't reply with advice on how to get an offer listed as a Featured Offer. We know how to do this. The problem is our account's sales are down 90% and we have a perfectly healthy account. Why did this happen?

Multiple charges for "Others" with no explanation

I had a "Others Charge" about a month ago for $38 that after waiting a month for my "settlement period" to close out, after multiple cases being opened, chats and phone calls someone at Amazon told me the charge was for FedEx (FXSP) SPLAT Seller Debit adjustment. They could not explain to me what that meant and "escalated to the internal team" and I am still waiting for someone to explain this to me. As I usually do after getting the runaround from Amazon for hours/days/weeks I basically waved the white surrender flag on this one but alas today I just got another "Others charge" for almost $250. Again no explanation or order ID assigned to this. Prior to these two charges the last "others charge" I had was almost a year ago for $3.

I'll take a loss of $38 for my sanity and well being but draw the line at $250. Can someone PLEASE HELP ME here.

I am confused, i am a new seller and i buy shipping through amazon, the seller support does not help at all, and i got the " your account is at risk of deactivation because of late shipping" i usually ship my product almost the same day, it never gets to 24hr before i ship out, i do fbm because the product is a spray bottle and i don't know why i would get late shipping when i buy shipping through amazon and ship them out almost immediately, i drop them off at usps immediately i finish packing, my product is only $13 usd and amazon want me to $25 to ship a product soo the customers will get it next day or 3rd day, amazon are targeting low budget sellers not fair

I would like to report a buyer for unreasonable behavior. Please refer to Case ID: 17827275131. While we understand that this claim will not impact our Order Defect Rate (ODR), and that the compensation was ultimately funded by Amazon,

The purpose of our contact is to file a complaint regarding the buyer's unreasonable request. In fact, the A-to-Z claim initiated by the buyer was not honest — she did receive the product and made an unreasonable demand to us as the seller. Please refer to our conversation history with the customer. We attempted to raise this concern through Amazon Seller Support, but unfortunately, it was not given sufficient attention.

We respectfully request that Amazon record and monitor this case in order to help protect other sellers from similar unreasonable claims in the future.
