I am a new seller and started my account about a month ago. I had a hot selling product (2 similar sku's) and now almost 2 weeks later only 1 of those shipments have been completed and the other 9 orders are sitting in "waiting payment verification" status. The oldest one almost 17 days. Is this normal and if not, what can I do about it? I would understand if it were just a couple but 9 out of a possible 10 of the same product in the same status and in the same time frame seems suspicious.

Hi fellow sellers and moderators,

I’m reaching out for advice and support because Amazon has lost 21 units of one of my FBA products (FNSKU: X0049TOJC9, ASIN: B0D6L9R3Y1), and I received a reimbursement of only $153.30 — that’s about $7 per unit, far below the actual selling price of $19.99 and my list price of $24.99.

I am the manufacturer of the product, and even after providing:

A sales report showing $19.99 average sale price

A screenshot of a previous case where I was properly reimbursed at the correct rate

Amazon support continues to respond with the same message:

“We will not be able to make any additional adjustments.”

This is also the second time in three months that Amazon has lost my FBA inventory. The first time, I was reimbursed fairly. This time, it feels like Amazon is ignoring the evidence and minimizing seller losses.

Has anyone else experienced this recently?

How were you able to successfully escalate a reimbursement dispute?

Any advice on how to get this to the Seller Performance team or an FBA reimbursement specialist would be appreciated.

Buyer picked item up after A to Z granted

111-9451380-6124206 USPS attempted delivery, buyer was unavailable. They emailed to ask where the item was, I told them to pick it up at the post office. They filed an A to Z claim. Claim granted. I appealed. Claim granted. Then buyer picked up the $200 item from the post office. No option to appeal. What are my next steps?

I reached 50 units sold on June 9th, but the '50+ bought in the last month' badge still hasn't appeared on my listing. As of today, I’ve sold 88 units in the past 30 days (excluding Vine orders and returns), and still no badge.

Has anyone experienced a similar delay or know how long it usually takes for it to show up?

I got a 1 star review a few months ago. I have ever asked for help, but did not get a helpful answer.

Could you help me address it please?

The story is that a buyer sent a message to me requesting refund without return the product, or he/she will leave a 1 star review both on my listing and seller profile. I tried to understand the problem and offer help, but the buyer didnt show the detail, and persist in requesting a refound without return. I refused this requirement, and suggested he follow Amazon rule return the product then he/she will get the refound. At last the buyer left the 1 star review.

The vedio of review is not showing the problem, but vicious. The words of the review most about the product, and the part of service is untrue.

When I found that there are a few REMOVE ORDERS, Within 3 hours, then I click :Cancel button;

Then the Remove orders can not cancle, and the CANCLE button is GREY! For example:

I asked seller support, seller support tolld me, Once the Remove orders created, the orders will be can not cancelled??? Who make this unreasonable Policy, or I am highly suspected, It is amazon internal employess MANUAL accelreat the remove process, Because according to my experience,

One the Remove orders created, within 3- 5days, you can click: Cancle button ,then the Remove orders can Cancel. For Example, The remove orders:

But if Amazon internal guy created Remove orders, they can MANULA ACCELEAATE the remove process, within a few hours, most of the itesm, maybe all the items can not cancle within a few hours;

For example, Remove orders: RBdfewBovg; Once created, within 3 hours, so many items can not cancle;

Why this problem happend again,

Received Suspected Intellectual Property Violations (for "45 - 47" serial number 99090539). I am being told I need a Letter of Authorization.

LOA can only be given by whomever owns the trademark.

If a trademark is pending, it is not owned.

How does one get an LOA from someone that does not yet (and may never) own the rights?

I'm a brand owner and have 2 current ASINS in the US. I realised recently that Amazon is selling my products under their account in Australia (so the seller being Amazon Australia). I guess in this situation (for Australia), Amazon Australia and myself would have a 1P relationship. As i'm planning on exiting my Amazon business (US) in the next few months, how do i reach out to both of them.

Whilst i understand it's by invitation only, they are already selling my products, and i'm trying to understand how to leverage on that relationship
