Hello,

My account was suspended 11 months ago due to misbranded allegations. I have sent all the documents requested that includes the invoices from the manufacturer, letter of brand authorization, bank statements, copy of checks, etc, and I kept getting the same response. The invoices can't be verified.

I personally know the brand owner and he is willing to fully cooperate with an interview or providing further documentation but there's no way I can get someone like to talk about this. I only get the chance to submit documents and letters and the responses are the same.

When my account was suspended, I had $4,000 in funds that were put on hold. I did the interview 90-days later for the release of the funds but I was denied. The funds then started to lower gradually for inventory fees and also for inventory removal. At some point it went down to around $2,300 and it stayed like that for several months UNTIL May 11th where in the closing statement ALL of the remaining balance was taken off and now it looks like I am still being charged for inventory fees. I only have 3 items left that I have been trying to remove for several months but Amazon won't send them.

In the statement for that period says -$2,300 in other expenses, that's it, no specifics. My account hasn't received a single return or refund request from any previous purchase NOR any false claim, nothing.

I don't understand why Amazon would take $2,300 from my balance, I truly want to believe that this is an error.

I am hoping that I can get my account reinstated at some point but it's unfair that Amazon not only arbitrarily suspended my account without giving me the chance to a proper and fair appealing process (other than the regular "submit your documents") and also took my balance completely without any previous notification, warning, or even a clear explanation in the statement.

Honestly, it is very sad that some of us are being treated this way.

At this point, I just want to get clarity so it doesn't feel like Amazon is talking advantage of my situation.

Brand Registry appeals keep rejecting

We’re looking for help or guidance regarding an issue we’ve been facing for the past six months.

Our brand was removed from Amazon Brand Registry without any specific reason. Every time we appeal, we receive the same six generic reasons, none of which apply clearly to our case. After investigating, we found that one of our related accounts had a deactivated Belgium marketplace, which we have since reactivated.

To be fully compliant, we also updated our trademark attorney and added a licensed U.S. attorney to our trademark record. We submitted a full appeal under Case ID: 17730878201, but we're still getting the same canned response, with no clear direction.

As of now:

All marketplaces are active and in good standing.

Our brand has no known violations.

Trademark records have been updated properly.

We’ve done everything we could to resolve the issue, yet our brand remains removed from Brand Registry. We are looking for advice from anyone who’s experienced something similar or insight from Amazon representatives here.

Any help or suggestions would be really appreciated.

Safety compliance review issue

Hello Mods,

We have already taken over 1 month since April 29th to have our products safety compliance review. We make a new UL2054 test report for our ASIN B0FB2JYZ1G to submit for review, but still being refused with no specific reason, only saying have been rejected due to missing requirements. We contacted seller support, they can't really give useful help, we still don't know where is missed, missed what.

And since this, it's very hard to proceed, what and how to submit documents that meet your RISC team's standard.

We need RISC point out what should we do to proceed, which documents we should revise, where area we should revise or add contents. Could you help us on this, please? Thanks.

Buyer advised she wanted a refund but did not plan to return the item. Amazon has not reimbursed me $13.53 for return shipping label. When will I get reimbursed for this?

Every 100 envelopes are packed in a plastic bag, and 5 bags of envelopes are packed in a box. That is to say, the box of 500 envelopes is a sellable package.

However, FBA warehouse re-packed the box and make every plastic bag a sellable package, which make our customers receive 100 envelopes after placing an order. Some customers already left 1-star review which is really terrible to us, a small business.

The attached pictures show the wrong package of envelopes made by FBA warehouse. From the label on the plastic bag, we can see it's FBA warehouse' error!

Can someone in Amazon help us?
