I am getting hit with the empty envelope nonsense just like everyone else. There a ref flags that make it easy to identify some of these orders. I canceled a couple of them but it affects my ODR to heavily as this is a slower time of year. I know I can file a SAFE-T Claim and all that but I still am out the product and shipping costs when this happens. The worst part is that the high percentage return rate is going to cripple a great listing that I have had for years. There has to be some way to stop this or get out in front of it. I have said for years if you do a certain volume of sales on Amazon you should have a rep that you can call and get on the phone. I pay Amazon over $800K a year in fees and yet I am alone when I have an issues. This is beyond frustrating. Hopefully someday Amazon could start supporting their sellers a little.

Why is Amazon's receiving process so slow? Even though my product is out of stock, there's still no progress. Can an Amazon internal team member help with my case?

Manufacturer's bar codes?
by Seller_rCnTkfjfr76vC

I sent my second shipment into Amazon. One of the sku's was a tool that had an attached tag. Amazon instructed me not to put an FNSKU label on them (6 in total) and they themselves would scan it in. I was assuming that Amazon would scan that bar code and associate them with my shipment. They initially seemed to show up but when the shipment was closed they reported these are not located. How do I deal with this and have you heard of not putting a label on an item and let Amazon handle it?

Sales held up pending for over 2 weeks
by Seller_rCnTkfjfr76vC

I am a new seller and started my account about a month ago. I had a hot selling product (2 similar sku's) and now almost 2 weeks later only 1 of those shipments have been completed and the other 9 orders are sitting in "waiting payment verification" status. The oldest one almost 17 days. Is this normal and if not, what can I do about it? I would understand if it were just a couple but 9 out of a possible 10 of the same product in the same status and in the same time frame seems suspicious.

Amazon reversing reimbursments
by Seller_asr37G2iVuFAd

Hi there

We have had over $1.5k dollars taken out of our account in the last few days for 'reversed reimbursments' for units they have apparently randomly located (one shipment was even from over a year ago!)

They haven't put it back in the inventory and are unable to prove it was from that particular shipment they are claiming. They've lost so many units, that we're concerned they're taking units from recent shipments and claiming they have ' found' stock.

Has anyone had anything similar or know how to escalate the issue please? we are not getting anywhere with raising cases! We are a small company and cannot survive this. If there are any complaints details what would be great too

Many thanks

Ri

Amazon removed 2 listings, after appealing it I was told that I need to upload Ingredients to the detail page, the removed listings are not in the inventory anymore, this is a dead end, I can't update the listing because they are removed by Amazon bot and appeal is rejected because I need to upload the requested information.

What is solution for this type of situation ? If you know how to remove the listings why not to restore them to give the listing owner an opportunity to edit the detail page ? Please help, I am asking any subject matter specialist.

Report abuse form doesn't work, auto rejection
by Seller_X49H4sGGNaUk4

When reporting through (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/abuse-submission/index.html) , the reports (Complaint ID: 17811246481, 17689487621) are automatically denied within seconds. The report system appears nonfunctional. If policy violations are automatically dismissed, what’s the point of having the reporting mechanism at all? Bad actors seem to have a free pass when others have to follow the policy.

Reserved inventory - FC processing
by Seller_4zxqt7T1inJs9

Hello,

One of our ASINs has had its inventory under reserved (FC processing) since the New Year...

The case I made goes back to mid March. Currently we have 108 units reserved. Seller Support said they are under research, but its taking WAY TOO LONG. They were made available last week for a day, and then back to reserved again...

Seller support is not addressing the issue, they are just saying that they`ve contacted the internal team and I should wait for a response...

cost of goods sold deleted from revenue calulator
by Seller_VmKDEv8Iyhx1R

I had my cost of goods sold populated for almost all of my 5000 ASINs. Today, when I went to update my cost of goods sold on one of my ASINs, it was missing. Upon further investigation, I found that ALL OF THE ASINs had the value for cost of good sold removed. Additionally, the Save button is greyed out. So, even though I can enter the Cost of Goods sold, I am unable to save it for future use.

When I run the SKU economics report the Cost of Goods Sold field still contains data. So, it is still in the system. The data is just not being displayed in the Revenue Calculator Window.

Anyone else having the same problem?

QQs: FC Processing
by Seller_YeWcEeTwlVO93
Amazon replied

QUICK QUESTION -- what does "FC Processing" mean?

FC Processing is a term used in Amazon's Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) program. It refers to inventory that is in a reserved status, which can occur in two main scenarios:

  1. Order Processing: Your inventory may be tied to a customer order that is in the process of being shipped between fulfillment centers.
  2. Additional Processing: Inventory may be set aside at a fulfillment center for various reasons, such as:
  • Verification of item dimensions
  • Pending investigations
  • Processing of removal orders

Understanding FC Processing status can help you better manage your inventory and fulfill customer orders efficiently. For more detailed information on inventory status and management, please refer to the FBA inventory overview page.
