Amazon is being destroyed by some unethical sellers

Hi all, I have a whitelisted brand that I have been using since 2022, but a week ago a seller pre-empted the registration of this brand, which is currently under review, but this seller started to follow up by selling all the products I produce and then tried to threaten me to stop selling the products, I had no choice but to stop selling the products and changed the product details to show that this is not a product that I produce! product.

However, this seller sent me another email threatening me to change the product back so they could continue to sell products that belonged to me or they would place a malicious order against me. My two years of hard work has gone down the drain but I don't want to leave it to this seller who has no morals whatsoever, what should I do?

Hello,

J&P Accounting has been an absolutely horrible experience with VAT Services. I paid for their help because I've had some trouble and confusing getting my VAT number on my own. My account kept getting passed around clueless useless employees who didnt know how to answer my questions or help me properly and ultimately FAILED in helping me get my VAT number which resulted in my Seller Central account being suspended as I didnt get my VAT number in on time while having inventory in the warehouse. I'm not able to contact support regarding this or get a refund because my only option is to add a VAT number or make an appeal. There no possible way for me to contact support any other way. What am I supposed to do? Can someone at Amazon Support please help me here? This has been a massive waste of money and J&P needs to be investigated and removed from VAT Services because I dont seem to be the only one thats angry with them on here. I have all the e-mail evidence of their terrible services. Please let me know how I can contact support other than on Seller Central because as I said my only option is to add a VAT number which I DONT have because of this terrible incompetent company that wont even forward me to their manager or owner.

Brand Name Issue

Hello Everyone,

I hope you are doing well. I am seeking assistance regarding an issue with the brand names on some of my product listings. Currently, I have two registered brand names; however, certain listings incorrectly display my company's name in the brand name tab instead of the correct brand name. Unfortunately, I do not hold a trademark for the company's name.

These listings are 5-6 years old and have accumulated numerous valuable reviews. Despite raising a case with Amazon support, I was advised to create new product listings. Given the established history and customer trust associated with these ASINs, I am concerned about the potential impact on my business if I create new listings.

I kindly request your guidance on how to change the brand name on these existing listings to reflect the trademarked brand names accurately, without creating new product listings.

We were taken by surprise when our funds were blocked. Upon investigation, we realized that the DD+7 policy had been implemented without prior warning. We relied on the message on our account health page, which still indicates a future date.

The message states:

''We will move your account to the standard base reserve policy called “Delivery Date Based Reserve” or “DD+7” in the coming months. Additional details have been emailed to you.

The DD+7 base reserve policy means that funds from sales will become available for disbursement based on the delivery date plus seven days. When the DD+7 base reserve policy is applied to your account, the change may cause a one-time cash flow issue for your business and may temporarily impact your ability to disburse funds if your balance is lower than the reserve fund required.

We have written multiple times to the provided email, requesting an extension, but have received no response, despite including all necessary information.

Is anyone else experiencing the same issues?

I previously created a discussion where I explained my problem, but no one from Amazon helped me.

My account has been inactive for almost 3 months.

Even though I do my best, I cannot solve this problem.

I submitted dozens of different appeals.

I get the same email response and rejection every time.

I am a new seller with no sales yet.

If I unknowingly made a mistake while creating my account, I am ready to correct this mistake, but no one contacts me.

You have no right to push new sellers like me out of Amazon like this, without any explanation, by deactivating their accounts and then without providing any help in resolving this issue.

I spent money and effort for this job. And I've been waiting for 3 months to get help.

You have no right to treat me like a criminal!

If I made a mistake unknowingly, you must give me the opportunity to correct it.

I am not an expert on Amazon, as I said before, I am a new seller so I may have made a mistake when setting up my account.

You have no right to disable me like this just because I made a mistake.
