Heads up people: Product Policy Compliance
by Seller_ZOZTdubuqFBLp

Without getting into the fine detail I have had a concern regarding my Account Health Rating for a short while.

Whilst everything looks fine there has been a slow reduction....never increase in my Account Health Rating. Still well above the required 250 mark however it was bugging me to understand why I was only every seeing a decrease.

Heres the answer and it may help one or two others out there.

I have known about a Product Policy Compliance default on a few of my listings. They are listing that are long term out of stock and most importantly the

Account Health Rating Impact very clearly said...NO IMPACT....see image attached.... so I did not address them.

Well it turns out that in fact there is an impact and its a negative impact. As you may expect the Amazon agent had no answer for the obvious question " why does it say NO IMPACT if there is an impact.

Tough lesson to learn!! I have fixed the listings and now expect to see a possitive change.

"...well above the required 250 mark".

It is actually 200, not 250, and mine has never been above that, and never will be as I am a low volume seller.

This a copy of what it states on my Account Health Assurance screen:

Maintain an AHR of 250+ for 6 months

To remain enrolled in Account Health Assurance, you must maintain an AHR of 250+. If your AHR falls below 250 for 10 days, you may lose access to the program.

Return to the Account Health page to view detailed information about policy violations

I assume they're referring to the "bonus" sellers get for staying over 250. (Account Health Assurance)

I haven't set up anything for VAT and don't know how to. Do I need to set up something for VAT, or does Amazon calculate it automatically during the checkout process?

No Disbursement Possible
In reply to: Seller_z3k8APxGfbQEK’s postby Seller_saK5Ah2SaNYjL

@Julia_Amzn

We already had an email stating our date to start DD7 was September 2024. Even if they have brought it forward without telling me, it does not explain why my whole balance is not available for disbursement.

We sell 95%+ via FBA. Why would DD7 apply to FBA orders?

We have a base reserve of around £300 but the rest of the balance is not available for disbursement. I've been trying to do a disbursement since 2 July without success. I desperately need to disburse to pay my staff this week. At this rate they are not going to be paid.

Fulfillment Network Stock Keeping Unit (FNSKU)
by Seller_TSXM2A5nxWSuH

Hello all!

Many sellers may already know what a merchant SKU is. A SKU or “Stock Keeping Unit” is the identifier for a specific listing or offer in a Seller’s Inventory. SKUs are tied at the Seller level and internal to a seller’s inventory and upload files. You can make your SKU anything you want or use characters generated by Amazon. SKUs are a great way to organise your offers so you know exactly which product they should relate to. Please know however that as long as a merchant SKU exists it cannot be reused for a different ASIN, even if a previous offer using the SKU has been deleted. You will need to create a new SKU in these instances.

A Fulfillment Network Stock Keeping Unit (FNSKU) is similar to a manufacturers barcode, but is tied to your inventory specifically in the Amazon Fulfilment Network for FBA offers. They are also directly linked to your ASIN when you create your FBA listing.

Amazon Barcodes: Each FNSKU will have a unique number starting with an X and tied directly to your inventory only. These FNSKU, which are tied to your ASIN in your inventory is seller specific and is not commingled with other sellers’ inventory. No two sellers will share an Amazon barcode FNSKU’s.

Note: Your FBA Barcode Preferences must be changed to Amazon Barcode prior to creating your FBA listing, or it will default to Manufacturer Barcode. Once your listing is created, you will not be able to change your merchant SKU for your FBA offers.

Manufacturer’s Barcodes: Eligible barcodes include UPC, EAN, JAN, and ISBN. They are generally printed directly on the product by the manufacturer. If they are not printed on your items, you will need to change your settings to Amazon Barcodes and label your items prior to shipping them to the Fulfilment Centers. If you use the manufacturers barcode on your products, your Manage Inventory page will display the ASIN of your product the FNSKU.

Which type of labeling your products use depend on the specific nature of the product, if our product has a manufacturer barcode, and how you set up your Barcode Preferences.

You can learn about the differences on the FBA Product Barcode Requirements.

Please be sure to let us know if you learned something in the comments or have further questions! If you have specific issues with offers you need help with please make a new thread and we will be happy to assist!

Have a lovely day,

-Winston

It will do - because its based on orders in a specific moving 6 month window. So as orders leave one day, and you don't place enough new orders to make up the differnece - the score will go down. The only way to get it to go back up is simply, more orders.
