I beleive there is a monthly charge for selling on Amazon but it is waived for handmade sellers. Am I still able to list non-handmade items? I was thinking that if so then how come people don't register as handmade to avoid the fees? As is happens 99% of my sales are actually handmade but if that were to change so it was mostly non-handmade then would I be breaking any rules?

post. Thanks for your reply, fingers crossed it gets sorted soon. Yes I have heard a lot of people are having the same problem also. I have provided them with what was needed, just waiting to see if it's all fine or if they need anything else now.
I know others have had this problem also, I am currently being 'verified' for UK establishment for VAT purposes - unfortunately like may other sellers I am struggling to keep up with cash flow as all of my sales disbursements are currently on hold until Amazon are able to 'verify' my information which I have provided on numerous occasions and have provided all of the relevant documents. I am still able to sell items but just can't access disbursements.
I have recently received an email saying that I don't have to provide anything else and that I will be in touch with regards to anything else and the progress of seller support looking at my information
Just out of curiosity - does it take a long time or just depend on specific scenarios?
Hope someone can help with this would be much appreciated as is quite difficult at the moment with this stress. thanks
I have not used my amazon account for 12 months and when I manage to get it activated again , I was liking to ship into the USA for fulfilment , I am already registered for shipping from the UK, Mainly for shipping back to Northern Ireland , what steps would I need to do any suggestions thank you

Same here, I was on eBay before Amazon but I didn't close eBay's account I just did little as Amazon used all my time and energy. Last autumn I decided to revive eBay and it has been a great help.

I originally started on eBay but I became so busy on Amazon I couldn’t keep up with both, I decided to leave eBay to concentrate on expanding here
Our DD+7 kicked in on 19th June. Since, we've had no funds available to withdraw, having previously drawn down most days.
It says we'll have a chunk available on 3rd July at the end of the settlement period.
My question is, are we stuck having to wait until the 3rd, or will cash start to become available 7 days after the orders placed on 19th June were delivered?
The majority of our sales are FBA so those 19th orders would have been delivered on the 20th/21st, therefore I'm expecting cash to become available from the 27th.
As we know listings are being removed by the Amazon BOT every day, very often for no reason at all, however this is the best one yet, a computer mouse listed in, Keyboards, Mice & Input Devices >Mice
It is going to be removed unless it is moved to the SEEDS and PLANTS category, couldn't write the book! Come on Amazon, do better.
This is to inform you that the following detail pages are at the risk of removal from our catalog. You must take remedial actions before 7/1/2024, UTC, else your listing(s) will be removed from our catalog. It is your obligation to ensure that the products you offer, comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Amazon's policies.
ASIN: B0795X2KWW, SKU: QP-B9B0-V294, Title: 5 Button USB Optical Scroll Mouse with Built in Calculator Key Pad
Why is this happening?
This product has been identified as a live plant or seed product that is listed outside of the SEEDS_AND_PLANTS or PLANT_SEED categories. Please update the product_type attribute to either SEEDS_AND_PLANTS or PLANT_SEED values as a path to reinstatement.

Me too for hangers but when I followed the instructions from the email nothing there, checked the listing and all as as it should be. For such a global company you would think their systems would be alot more advanced.
