I'm getting nowhere with Seller Support (Live Chat & Phone), made a ticket asking for escalation, E-Mailed CEO's office and got a pretty rude reply, I'm at a total loss as to what to do. I have lost the buy box for ALL of my key products and best sellers, I am the brand owner, I am the only offer.
I am stunned at how little support there is from Amazon, I knew it was bad but I had no idea it was THIS BAD. Absolutely no transparency what-so-ever, nothing on performance notifications, account health is perfect, no violations, I am enrolled on the new Account Health Assurance scheme (which gave me peace of mind for all of 3 days).
With the CEO's office giving me the cold shoulder, seller support sending me links to 'Seller University', spending in excess of 10 hours trying almost everything on my account blindly, I'm at a complete loss sitting here with next to no sales. So my last resort is this... a mega thread... I'm hoping with enough people complaining about the issue, Amazon MAY acknowledge this problem as a bug/glitch before I have to file for bankruptcy (no exaggeration) and when they do, I also expect no apology or compensation.
We haven't received any payments from our Amazon UK Seller Account since 14/05/2023, and now we've got over 10K GBP just sitting there. This money is really important for us to keep things running smoothly.
Our account is in good standing—no flags, no violations, no outstanding claims or chargebacks. Our account health is great, and we've never had any A-Z claims opened against us.
Has anyone else experienced something like this? Any tips on how to get this sorted quickly? We're desperate to get this resolved and would really appreciate any advice or guidance.
I have been watching our Featured offer over the last week slowly return... then on Friday it started to go down again, till this morning it down at 1%.
I'm at my wits end, this is just a nightmare.
I check this item B0CW39ZNZ3 to find i have a cheaper price, faster delivery and i not the featured offer. On other item B0D35KXJTJ i am the only seller, there is now no featured offer and please will find it hard to buy the product.
This only 2 out of 5000 asin's... 50 a day to 1 or 2 sales a day will kill our business.
Is anyone facing any ad results in data update delayed or does the data updated look abnormal if compared with the previous day? especially order conversion on 18th June 2024 ads performance results.
because normally our UK Amazon STORE PPC ads campaign will generated at least 25 order conversion and above daily but suddenly dropped to 2 order converted only on 18th June 2024 and its never happened before even i checked 1 day earlier which is 17th June ads result also had converted 35 orders .
I have check for all the campaign budget utilization , BuyBox Availability and son on but all seems normal .
My delivery settings are currently set to Royal Mail 48hr delivery and 0 Day handling. Amazon are displaying unrealistic long estimated delivery dates of 7 days on my listings which i think are killing sales.
Our OTDR is 98.4% with 680 delivery on time.
Our features offers have gone from 64% to 1% in the past 3 weeks.
Our health is all good so very confused to what has happened.
Has anyone found a fix for this?, or could a moderator please have a look at our account.
Hello, I sell a product currently that has a parent listing with 4 different child colour variations. I am now adding a different size option to two of these colours. I have tried every suggestion possible and I still can't understand how to add these two new sizes to my existing image. When I try to use the template route, it never seems to actually come us as an option to add a new variation. Please can someone help, even an amazon staff member didn't seem to be able to solve this for us.
I'm seeking your advice as today morning we received Restricted Product Policy Violation.

From Performance Notifications I can see This product has been identified as a product that is not sealed in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
We buy it from wholesaler and it come to us in cases: 3 units per case sealed together then we split them up for retail purpose.
Few other sellers were selling it and I'm pretty sure they was buying from same supplier (some larger sellers) but it doesn't matter as listing is closed so everyone has stock of this product in stranded status so I don't think there is possibility to reactivate the listing.
It has no impact on account health but we are trying to be proactive and remove/improve what we can now instead of getting in trouble later if more like this come out.
Is there possibility to remove this violation from our account? Does anyone have any advise regardings this.

You can provide the ASIN normally other sellers can still look at details on cached search engine pages.
How are the units supposed to be sold? Are they supposed to be sold as singles or units of 3? I guess they are supposed to be sold as units of 3?
If it is the case they are not designed to be sold as singles then they are indeed not being sold in the original manufacturers packaging. How where they packaged, was any packaging shown on the product detail page which would have confused buyers?
To get the listing back you will have to appeal. However it may well be problematic as by the sound of it you have repackaged a product sold as 3's into singles.
