I have been having an absolute nightmare with listings being suppressed due to "colour not provided". Some of these listings are two years old and all of a sudden they have become suppressed, even though colour WAS provided. I created all of these listings. I sent an email to the managingdirector@amazon.com as I suspect this to be a bug as it ONLY happens for brands which are 'brand protected'.

Communication seemed positive until their reason has gone back full circle to this absolute disgrace of a reason. "Our internal team completed to review the issue and determined that the variation relationship is not approved because it does not follow Amazon's listing policy. We cannot share any information about the specifics factors behind the decision due to confidentiality."

CONFIDENTIALITY?! I created the listings! This is no way helpful! I have created over 200 variation listings and this issue only arises to brand protected listings (those with 96 hours approval). I have been back and to, to get approval for these brands again to remove suppresssion, but they keep becoming suppressed. This seems like a bug in Amazons systems and they are unwilling to have their technical team look into this.

If there is an Amazon employee here, please can you reach out

Transparency 2D barcode

Hi,

I received he following email from Amazon.

Beginning 24 July 2024, these products must have a Transparency 2D barcode or serial number barcode in order to be listed on Amazon.com and dispatched to Amazon customers. You are responsible for ensuring that a Transparency 2D barcode or serial number barcode is on each of these products before dispatching them directly to customers.

I sell products and ship by myself as I am not registered as FBA.

Need advise.

Although you can earn up to £1000 in any tax year before you have to register with HMRC as a sole trader and by the sounds of it, the OP doesn't expect to make that much in a year if they only expect to sell 10-20 copies of their book.

Hi, I am a new seller with my own branded garments and have tried to set up my new Amazon store but it is beyond confusing! I already have an ebay store which is so simple to add products to but the amount of information required on Amazon is beyond my capabilities and patience. I am confused by the product codes etc and it keeps telling me to fix errors (54!). I couldn't find the 54 errors so gave up and saved as a draft but when I went back to check, the draft wasn't there.

Are there any professionals out there who can set up or build my store? At this point I would be willing to pay someone to do it for me. I will be selling a range of my own branded mens briefs in a range of 9 plain colours and 5 sizes as well as a range with 7 different patterns in 5 sizes.

Good Afternoon

I am just looking for some community support. We had our account suspended on the 31st January for violating a Section 3 Policy. Specifically shipping orders after we had marked them as shipped.

We have been going back and forth with Amazon ever since. Supplying Plan of Actions and also supporting documents but to no avail.

We did use Maersk Shipping services in the Netherlands as a shipping aggregator. We would ship parcels daily and have them collected from Maersk who then forwarded them to the final mile couriers.

In January we did receive a lot of enquiries on tracking. Our Shopify store at the time submitted the Maersk shipping number to amazon rather than the Final mile courier e.g. Hermes or Colis Prive.

At that time we had 14 delivery enquiries and on each one we updated the tracking number to the final mile courier. Now I think this has gone one or 2 ways. When we updated the order I can see from the data extract on Amazon that the updated shipping info day is now showing as the dispatch day. example we shipped an order on the 3rd January, it didn't arrive, customer contacted us on say the 20th and we updated the tracking. The Amazon order extract now shows the 20th as day shipped (though original date shows in front end)

Could this be a technical error that has flagged these orders and we now have 14 orders showing as shipped after we originally shipped them?

Has anyone else had this issue?

Disbursement Issue with Amazon UK Account

Hey everyone,

We haven't received any payments from our Amazon UK Seller Account since 14/05/2023, and now we've got over 10K GBP just sitting there. This money is really important for us to keep things running smoothly.

Our account is in good standing—no flags, no violations, no outstanding claims or chargebacks. Our account health is great, and we've never had any A-Z claims opened against us.

Has anyone else experienced something like this? Any tips on how to get this sorted quickly? We're desperate to get this resolved and would really appreciate any advice or guidance.

My delivery settings are currently set to Royal Mail 48hr delivery and 0 Day handling. Amazon are displaying unrealistic long estimated delivery dates of 7 days on my listings which i think are killing sales.

Our OTDR is 98.4% with 680 delivery on time.

Our features offers have gone from 64% to 1% in the past 3 weeks.

Our health is all good so very confused to what has happened.

Has anyone found a fix for this?, or could a moderator please have a look at our account.

Exactly the same has happened with me

This time i tried adding a different card, im now unable to add a card for 24 hours.

I have prime orders than need dispatching today and am unable to do so due to being locked out of amazon. I have opened a support case and they have been no help at all

Now my prime orders will not go in time and we will end up losing our amazon prime badge due to no fault of our own. Not really sure where to go from here?

Has anyone found a solution to this?

The error message prevents me from accessing my seller account, which means I can't see or process any orders which means my account will be at risk of deactivation.

I have tried to add a new charge method as my old card is no longer valid.

I have tried two different cards and still get the same error message. THERE WAS A PROBLEM. PLEASE CHECK ALL DETAILS ARE CORRECT.

All card details ARE correct, name spelled correctly, number, expiry date (which expires in about 9 months, not 6 or under). amazon have my same address as a bank.

I try several times until I can't try until 24 hours due to security reasons.

I have opened several cases with Amazon and no resolution. I have been told I need to verify my old card - I can't do as the bank account no longer exists.

I have been told get a Credit card instead.

Other Amazon reps have talked me through the process to add new charge method which I have already done so many times and the same happens. Error message appears.

I have screenshotted error message and I am getting nowhere!

Has anyone found a resolution to this? Please help, so frustrated
