Here's an actual 100% legitimate suggestion, which I am astounded that its not already a thing.

When creating shipments using the shipment tool (not file upload) I'd create a small little box next to each of the inventory items that indicates WHAT SHIPPING CATEGORY IT IS. For example, "Standard Size", "Oversize" "DG battery", "DG Flammable".

I say this, having just prepped a box and then right at the end finding that after getting everything into the box to fit perfectly and up to the correct weight, that theres one random DG item in there, that I now have to take out and find a replacement for its space... How many sellers have prepped a Standard box and then found out one of the items is Oversize, or vice versa, created an Oversize shipment, but one of the items didnt quite make it to oversize...

With Completely gutting out Seller Support and bringing it to the UK where their training is to actually resolve issues being my no1 wish, just having a tiny button next to the inventory to indicate what category it is, would be my second wish.

In your first screenshot, I'm surprised to see you still have the condition options arranged like that, horizontally across the top. I thought Amazon dropped that layout years ago. Strange. What browser were you using?

As already mentioned, your delivery window is longer than that of Amazon itself. Also, what quantity do you have available? Amazon takes a lot of factors into account when awarding the buybox.

Having said that, it is one rule for Amazon, another for the rest of us...Amazon has listed numerous out-of-print titles from itself that are hugely underpriced and with ridiculously long dispatch dates.

When they add their 'Usually dispatched within 6 to 7 months' offerings, it suppresses offers from other sellers (no one can compete at these crazy prices)...see an example here:

Looks like your account is enforced because of a product authenticity issue. For this, you need to provide invoices with the requirements below:

-Invoices issued in the last 365 days

-Reflect sales volume during the last 365 days since the enforcement date.

-Include contact information for supplier AND buyer, including name, phone number, address, and websites

-File formats must meet either .pdf, .jpg, .png, or .gif files

-These documents must be authentic and unaltered; however Sellers can remove pricing information or circle/highlight the ASIN in question.

I understand that you are a drop shipper, in that case you can submit your drop shipping aggreement you signed with your supplier about the brand/ASIN.

As above reply, LETTER size MUST be purchased via Amazon 'Buy Shipping', and not C&D. As also said, if you take your mail to the PO they will give you a POP receipt. For other proof, eg. when doing accounts, you go to payments and in the transaction view you can see all the postage for 'Delivery labels purchased through Amazon'.

We are just other sellers on amazon - no-one at amazon will help a customer remove feedback, even if they want to.

Let's face it, Amazon are crooks.

Merchant sellers are simply buying advertising space - nothing more (unless you use other services from them eg FBA). They have no right to take any control of anyone else's business or businesses. But they do so, frequently to the great disadvantage of the people who advertise with them. And very often this is simply restriction of trade - which is illegal in most countries - by another name, for which they have yet to be taken to court.

Spencer_Amazon could you please have a look at listing

Amazon is out of stock but keeps on decreasing the price to fix the buybox for future sales.

this has badly effected health of the listing.

Recommended retail price is 32.99, Amazon with no stock on hand is offering the product for 22.99 to hold the buybox promising delivery within 7months.

Amazon is expected to adhere to the competition laws, could you please remove or amend the amazon offering? this will allow the seller partners to have an opportunity to get a share of the buybox.

The individual ACCOUNT is only for selling off ones own personal second-hand items (eg. books, DVDs, CDs etc) and NOT for new goods. There is no such thing as a professional account, but it is the professional selling plan where you pay £30 a month fee. If you are selling NEW goods you must have a business seller account and be registered with HMRC (in UK) or the tax office of where you are located, as a business. If you wish to store your goods in UK for FBA then you MUST be VAT registered here.
