I have previously struggled to correct an incorrect brand on a product page through Seller Support so hope I can get somewhere by posting this here.

There isn't any question that this is a Nintendo brand product and 'REIOCUSHI' is an irrelevant brand which this page should never have been changed to in the first place.

To make matters worse, the brand 'REIOCUSHI' is also gated.

It's very frustrating as a seller that a listing cannot be create due to the fact there is a gated brand on it which is a brand which it never should have been changed to in the first place!

Can somebody within Amazon take a look at this and correct the page's brand name?

Yes, I am fairly new to the game and have not had a lot of sales in the past 4 months. However, I, in November(recently) received a claim for a product purchased in August and shipped literally 3 days later that the item wasn't received. I reached out to the buyer, reassuring them by referring to the courier's website with tracking info, which includes a picture of the parcel very much being delivered to their door with somebody present receiving the very parcel I had packed and labelled with my very own hands.

All it took was one claim to Amazon, and funds have been approved to be taken OUT of my account. When I went to claim and appeal this, amazon nonchalantly advises me 'If you have not shipped the order, we recommend that you do not ship it, because the customer has been refunded'. However, I have appealed and would be really surprised for it to not be in my favour.

Anyways, to answer your question, when I reached back to the buyer with my response of all tracking info and proof as well as a picture of somebody receiving the item(the customer I presume), they seemed satisfied enough and it said in green 'the customer is satisfied with your response that the enquiry is dealt with'(or something along those lines), but still funds are pending to leave my account :)))

Hi All

Whilst we are still waiting for buyers to realise it's nearly Xmas I thought I would run a poll & the results will be instant for all to see. If like me you're tired of all the INR claims (mainly false I my view) it does not happen on ebay anything like as much & I am using the same carrier.

My question is a simple YES / NO

In all the time that you have been selling on Amazon has a buyer who had been previously refunded for INR ever reached out a later date to advise that the item did in fact show up & offer to repay you?

Will be interesting to see the results

Thanks for taking part.

I've read everywhere saying that no HTML is allowed apart from line breaks. I've seen people mention
,
and
. I've tried all of them, but it's possible my formatting is wrong, as they just appear as written with no line break.

Please could someone lay out for me how I should use them?

Thank you

Thank you @Seller_QuM1AZgzfU9x4 for your detailed reply.

After some research I did find that some countries referal fees dropped to compensate for the DSF.

In fact, in France & Italy referal fee dropped from 15,45% to 15% and in the UK from 15,3% to 15% (because the UK has a 2% fee, whereas we in France have a 3% fee).

However, in Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain, the fee remaind at 15% as it was before the DSF was introduced as a standalone. As a result, in these countries the fees have increased.

Moreover, I have found with certainty that the DSF is applied on the FBA fees which were not decreased in any way thus accounting for an overall higher fee in total.

As a conclusion, we are paying more fees than we were before october 1st.

Can you confirm in regards to your FBA fees?

Digital Service Fees being charged twice!
by Seller_FhcGxGcbFKlge

Hello,

This is what Amazon said: The typical DST rate is 2% in the UK and 3% in France, Italy, Spain and Canada. Since 2021, we’ve accounted for DST by increasing Selling on Amazon fees in the UK, France, Italy and Spain, and Fulfilment by Amazon fees in the UK and France. Starting on October 1, we’ll reduce these fees and account for this cost by introducing a stand-alone digital services fee.

In my case this statement seems false.

Amazon is charging me the Digital Service Fee on top of what I used to pay.

Look at the example below:

My FBA fees were already 3€ and my comission was aready 3,30€ before they intoroduced the Digital Service Fee. They were not reduced to account for the introduction of the Digital Service Fee!

Now I am paying 3€+3.30€+ 0.19€ = 6.49€ (excluding taxes)

Whereas before the Digital Service Fee I would pay 3€+3.30€ = 6.30€ (excluding taxes)

I now pay 0.19€ more than I used to!

Have I misunderstood when Amazon said "we’ll reduce these fees and account for this cost by introducing a stand-alone digital services fee." ?

They didn't reduce the fees, they just added another layer to my fees. Anyone else expericing the same issue? I have this on all my transactions...

Please help!

It's difficult to be exact since your figures are in Euros and i don't know to what extent the rates may differ from the UK.

Generally though the original DST was covered by Amazon increasing the main referral fee from 15% to 15.3%. I don't recall there being any increase to FBA fees.

With the latest change the main referral fee has reduced back to 15% which is good for FBM sellers (and FBA sellers), but the other FBA fees are now in scope which means often there is a slight increase to the total fees for FBA sellers - as you've found.

As to your referral fee always being 3.30, that's 15% rather than 15.3% so in the UK that would match with the lowering of the referral fee.

I've listed a Star Wars toy which has the descriptive name 'Supreme leader' in the title and have now received a Suspected Intellectual Property Violation for violating the Supreme brand's trademarks.

There's not even an appeal option in Account health, just an 'Edit' button for the listing (which Amazon don't allow me to edit even if I wanted to.)

Is there any hope/way to deal with this or should I just not even bother and delete the listing?

A2X and LinkMyBooks?
by Seller_uPuf4V7GDz2aH

I use LinkMyBooks and give it a 10/10

It does everything you need it to do, correctly mapping tax rates and breaking down everything by fee type etc.

And you know there won't be any discrepancies as the settlement is matched to the bank transfer.
