I just clicked on the 'New & Used (19) from £11.71 & FREE Delivery' tab at the bottom of the offers section under 'Other sellers on Amazon' .

That displays all offers, new and used.

*Just to add, if I select 'new' and then 'clear' it still shows all options, including your one.

Ah That's very interesting because if you click on the title of the book UNDERSTANDING DRESSAGE TRAINING you get the link "other new & used from £8,92" going in that way gives you prechecked filters all conditions apart from new.

However if you go in at the bottom 19 New & Used from £11.71 all listings are displayed in all conditions and check boxes are left blank which allows all copies in all conditions to be seen by potential buyers.

So now I need to understand from Amazon why it displays different;y depending on how you enter the listing. Knowing my luck they won't change both links to allow all to be seen they will no doubt start hiding new copies on the bottom link as well!

Thanks for your input.

Hi,

I am running different PPC campaigns for my ASIN and one of my campaigns, which targets only one keyword has stopped receiving impressions. Find a graph attached illustrating this.

All of the other campaigns are running fine but the broad and exact match campaigns for this keyword seem to have died.

I can confirm that the ASIN in question is indexed and organically ranked for this keyword and also making organic sales.

As far as I recall I tweaked two things:

- Started pausing campaigns during low sales hours: As far as I know this shouldn't be impacting the campaign. No other campaigns have been affected by this action.

- Updated my backend (generic keywords): I would assume that this could causes issues with indexing and this be causing troubles but as mentioned above indexing is retained.

Any ideas?

Contacted support but they've asked to me to wait for 3 consecutive days with zero impressions before they can escalate the issue. One day the campaign received 1 impression and the won't consider that as a day with no impressions.

Asking All sellers how much would you rate amazon seller support ? 0 is 0 and 5 is the highest rating.

I have been buying postage direct via amazon for a while now as per their guidelines for account health, this was a pain as I pay for a franking machine. I post large letters with Royal Mail, after the recent postage rise I noticed I was only being charged £2.30 for a large 1st class letter under 100g. This was cheaper then the general rate of £2.50, I assumed at last amazon had struck a deal with Royal Mail just like my franking machine rates.

Over the last week I have had 5 customers contact me stating they had been charged an additional £5 as there was insufficient postage paid by me. I asked for photos and each clearly has a postage sticker on it, it's large and covers the whole box so it cannot be missed, then on top a yellow sticker claiming I hadn't paid the postage?

I rang Royal Mail and they don't want to know and passed me back to Amazon who are looking into it, although I don't think they know either.

However today I was printing postage labels, nothing I have done has changed and I have seen I am now being charged £2.50??!!! What is going on, are other businesses having this problem? Have amazon got the postage rates wrong? I am so worried I post tens of hundreds of small letters and if they all come back with a fee I don't know how I will pay for it....

Any help, feedback would be great, also be good to know if you have been charged £2.30 and now £2.50.

Nia

Waystosaythankyou.

I'd say 1 in 50 things never arrives, so you could price that loss into if thats cheaper than sending everything with an upgraded postage option

the real ratios are much more generous - it's more like 1:500 or something, but 1:50 may try it on, saying their order didn't arrive.

There's a difference... but also, amazon don't give a rat's behind about delivery confirmation or tracking, or signatures when it comes to refunding buyers.

Amazon misusing HFSS law
by Seller_pN85kOWeIZUbC
Amazon replied

Amazon has rejected advertising for some of our bestselling products on HFSS grounds.

However, under HFSS law, our listings are exempt from advertising restrictions because we’re a small specialist manufacturer and retailer with fewer than 50 employees. Essentially, these regulations are aimed at large retailers like Tesco's and not local corner shops.

So it would be understandable for HFSS laws to be applied to our products if Amazon is the retailer, however we have it in writing from Amazon that they view us as the retailer.

They said - "Even though the order is fulfilled by Amazon, the Amazon offer page will show 'sold by Your SERIOUS PIG' tag, which presents you as the retailer."

This admission from Amazon proves that the HFSS laws are being misapplied in our case, but despite this I am unable to talk to anyone willing to have a conversation about it. I just keep getting the same unhelpful copy paste answers.

This week I am sending multiple pallets of stock that were destined for FBA fulfilment centres to TikTok fulfilment centres instead. The rates are better there and they apply HFSS law properly. So i suggest any sellers in our position do the same until Amazon starts offering better support in these cases.

I'm afraid that you have no chance in this case. I used to sell non-contact thermometers and one day I sold two to a doctor. One year and 51 weeks later i received a message from Amazon saying that the customer wanted a refund on both of them. At the time they were new to the market and fairly expensive so I contacted Amazon who told me that they follow EU rules which state that all electrical /electronic items must be guaranteed for 2 years. Obviously the customer knew about these rules - hence the refund request within 1 week of the 2 years. Amazon refunded him from my account and he didn't have to return them. Needless to say, I stopped selling anything like this from that time.
