Amazon encouraging fraud again
by Seller_Fg2fqaWOnEtha
Amazon replied

I know when the Amazon email warning customers that they haven't received their orders is sent to my customers because I get several refund requests and quite often are worded like this:

"Amazon told me to ask for a refund"

"Amazon I haven't received my order"

When all the items, sent with ordinary RM 48, have been delivered according to RM. I even lost an A-Z recently with the buyer never actually saying that they didn't receive the order but that Amazon said they hadn't received it. According to RM it was delivered on time. Do all these people live in a palace or a castle so large that they are genuinely unaware that something was delivered?

To be honest I am tempted to stop selling small items on Amazon and focus on products that are expensive enough to justify the cost of tracking. I don't have this problem on eBay, where very rarely something is lost. I sell the same products, packed in the same way, sent through the same Royal Mail OBA and yet RM manage to lose so many LLs addressed to Amazon's customers and hardly any addressed to eBay's customers.

This is nothing new I know, it's costly but also upsetting because I know I have been scammed.

VTR and Royal Mail Signed For
by Seller_Fg2fqaWOnEtha

Not that would be Tracked 48, CRL is the standard one.

CRL1 = 1st Class CRL.

CRL2 = 2nd Class CRL.

STL1 = STL First class.

TPNN = Tracked 24, No signature.

TPNS = Tracked 24 Signature.

TPSS = Tracked 48 Signature.

TPLN = Tracked High Volume no Signature.

Is that the RM24/48 option which is code CRL? This doesn't count towards my VTR?

VTR and Royal Mail Signed For
by Seller_Fg2fqaWOnEtha

wow impressive, I am at 97.18% though an improvement from last month when they temporarily banned me from a category and I was down to 67% in some categories. Thing is I am not doing anything different compared to last month. All RM with about 50% Tracked 48 with the rest LLs, business account connected to Buy Shipping. With Tracked 48 we have the option to have a signature which is something I only do for more expensive items.

Ours was almost always at 99%.

As above - Tracked 48 would suffice for VTR. Ours was almost always at 99%.

If you are just taking on a signed for service to 2nd class - it may still not get a delivery scan.

That being said - signed for is 'supposed' to help with any A-Z claims, though annecdotally on the forums, it doesn't even help if you get a signature.

I'd move to Tracked 24/48 if you can.

UNEXPECTED FNSKU nonsense
by Seller_GjH284yWiVe2W
Amazon replied

I have been doing Amazon FBA for about 1 year. Some products have FNSKU barcodes and I send these products regularly. I also do double checks when we prepare these products. There are a large number of missing units in my last 2 shipments. When I make a claim for these, I get NONSENSE answers. The same answers are given without listening to me!

I sent about 900 units in one shipment. First, 900 units were added to the inventory. But then I saw that 117 and 60 units were missing. When I asked about these, I got the Unexpected FNSKU answer. This was impossible because I was sure that I double checked them all.

In my other shipment, about 208 units were missing. Where are these products going? I got the Unexpected FNSKU statement again. Again, no evidence!

I could not find a support team that listened to me and tried to solve my problem. They did not even provide any evidence for this! I guess Amazon does not care about seller support as much as customer support!

Hi Spencer,

Sorry for late reply the case ID is 10768477072. This product is one pair of socks size 38 to 40 EU or size 5-7 UK. I can't see why this can not be changed as the smaller and larger socks we sell on Amazon FBA the title is correct it's the same product just different sizes. We have had a customer having a bad experience and feed back on Voice of customer as poor and we don't want customers not satisfied with our products.

Many thanks and look forward to hearing from you.

Trevor

Associated with other Amazon accounts
by Seller_Rng2eNj959Gng
Amazon replied

Hi all

About 18 months ago I signed up for an Amazon seller account on Amazon UK, at the time I was forced to register seller accounts in other Amazon marketplaces too.

Then my account get's deactivated because I was found to be 'associated with other accounts'.

I have send umpteen messages to support, and send 'submissions' but it seems like every answer I get is from a bot.

There seems not be no way to actually contact a human at Amazon support.

Any suggestions as to what I can try?

Thanjs
