Shipment delivered but not received by FC

Hello

I have 2 shipments delivered to Amazon FC in same consignment. One of them has been received while other is still not received and closed without receiving.

Even after raising a case, seller support asked for all proofs and now no response is coming from them on the case.

Shipment id: FBA15JKW31NQ not received.

Case id: 10718286792

Request a forum mod to please escalate and have it looked.

after 8 years on amazon its time to say goodbye!

Ive been waiting for this day for many years! Whilst I will say that amazon has allowed me to live quite comfortably of the sales i've made on here, Its just not worth the stress and the constant fear of waking up each morning and seeing that my account is at risk, or a customer has left a negative feedback which is untrue or incorrect, or some bogus A to Z claim where delivery has been confirmed but amazon still refund the customer and wont remove any poor feedback they leave out of spite!

Ive watched and witnesses so many overnight policy changes, new rules implemented that have left other business crippled seemingly out of nowhere and for no good reason, things like the VTR policy, the new 14 day money hold policy, VAT rules. Luckily i was quite adaptable as it was only me, however I cant imagine the stress it takes on some bigger companies or people who hire staff. I've managed to keep my account mostly in good standing however its absurd that out of every 100 orders, if you get 2 untruthful customers or issues with royal mail and get a negative or claim, then this means your account can be deactivated, I've always wondered what Amazons ODR rate would be if they adhered to the insane standards they expect sellers too.

I would advise anyone who thinks amazon can be a long term platform for you, that you're wrong and your entire business can be removed overnight and Ive seen it happen to so many sellers over the years on the forums. Im amazed ive managed to keep my heard above water for 8 years and im glad to say im finally out of amazons thumb! Good luck to everyone with your time here, it can be very profitable but is it worth all the stress?

I have received negative feedback on order 203-9995541-8664344 stating that the delivery arrived on time and engraving was lovely. But the customer claims that Amazon customer service failed to help him contact the seller when he tried to get help from the seller, and that this was Amazon customer service's fault, not the seller's fault. I have tried to get this feedback removed by raising a case but as usual Amazon just keep closing down the case with no action. Once again this is just so unfair. Can you please see if you can help get this removed.

Amazon account verification process

Hi,

I am really hoping someone can help me. I have traded as an amazon seller account for three months in 2020 and recalled any remaining products back in 2020. In September 2024, Amazon started charging me multiple times for goods that is not mine.

When I logged into my account, I have found surplus goods in my inventory to which they are adding everyday. I had a call with Amazon for verification on the 27th and have not heard back since. I am really distressed, I was given a lead time of 3 days but it has been nearly two weeks. Meanwhile, I am worried they will charge my card again.

My understanding is that, I will not be able to raise an appeal unless they verify my account. Since I have not heard back from them, can someone please let me know if there is another way I can contact them.

I would be really grateful for any help, I do not know how to navigate this and this is really distressing me!Any help would be much appreciated.

Account reserve means I never see my money

I’m a very small used seller on Amazon for over 10 years since the account reserve came in I hardly get paid and all my money gets eaten by postage.

The reserve is 7 days but it’s not as it’s 7 days plus the delivery date! And as an individual seller Amazon claims the delivery date for sending a cds standard post is 10 days. As a individual seller there seems to be no way to change this. Standard second class post can take up to 5 days at the most.

When I first sold on Amazon I got paid every 2 weeks and then it changed to once a week, both of theses were fine and I actually got my money. Now I feel I’m never getting paid is there anyway to change the delivery date to a more accurate time scale?

(I don’t really sell enough to justify paying for a professional account and used cds aren’t really a high enough item to put tracking on when posting.)

Hi

I had setup my sellers account in 2020 and only sold for few months in 2020 via my sellers account. So I wanted to see a report that shows me:

1 - All the units I had sent to Amazon since I opened the account (I had only operated for few months in 2020 and did not send any units since 2020). Currently I cannot run a FBA inventory report for the year 2020.

2 - Following the same theme as above, I would like a sales report for all sales since the beginning (as mentioned I only ever operated for for a few months in 2020). So a sales report for the whole year of 2020 would be fine, something I can not do as the report doesnt allow me to go that far back.

3 - Finally, I would like a report of returned or damaged units for the year 2020. Again not able to do this as the report does not allow me to go back to 2020.

A to Z Claims

Good Afternoon,

I tried in all ways possible to understand how A-Z Claims work but I cannot honestly understand how they decide cases.

I had them giving me refunds when I used to use only standard shipping and never gave a case in my favor. I decided to start shipping with DHL Express Only so tracking is up to date and everything and recently I honestly had two cases which blown my mind away.

One case was on the Italian market, Amazon issued a refund to the buyer and the reason that I was given was that if the order is under 25 Euro, they issue the refund without any proof whatsoever which is honestly mind blowing. I asked the buyer why did he claim, and his message was simply because I already have that particular item. So in other words, people on the Italian market who purchase anything under 25 Euro are entitled to an automatic refund? I stand to be corrected but that is the answer I received from Amazon.

The latest case is also mind blowing. An order was placed, shipped within 2 hours. and a delivery attempt to the client was done after 18hours FROM PURCHASE. The client was not at home when DHL went to deliver, and contacted the buyer to pick the item. The buyer conveniently decided to leave the item at DHL, telling me that he wanted the item delivered. I arranged everything with DHL to sort out another delivery attempt, and when I contacted the buyer to give me a date so we will be 100% sure he is home, he opened a claim with atoz and Amazon straight away gave a refund.

When I contacted Amazon and asked why they authorized a refund when the buyer decided to leave the package there, the reason I was given was that I did not ship the item within 2 business days... I shipped the item within 2 hours, not 2 business days, and the delivery attempt was less then 1 business day. Everything was shown on a PDF retrieved from the tracking number, everything written, I contacted the Amazon chat to tell them and explain everything, they told me they will pass on the message to AtoZ Claims, only to receive that they understand me, but they will stand with the decision, when I provided full proof that it was everything made up.

If there is someone from Amazon that can read these posts, please can someone explain to me how these claims are decided? If there is a policy that every claim that is opened it will go in favor of the buyer, even with a ton of proof, can someone maybe tell it to me straight as I can't understand how I get a reason of shipping two days late when I have proof that a delivery was attempted after 18hours from shipping! I would really appreciate if someone gets in touch! Thank you!

I have an OBA account which is linked to my Amazon account.

I don't have collections, so I drop mine off at the local post office.

I print off 2 manifests - 1 from my Amazon end of day (order reports>end of day forms as you say), one from OBA for everything else (website, Ebay. Etsy etc sales), and I give those to the post office, they scan them and give them to the postie when they pick up the mailsacks.

we totally agree with you !!! - it’s a massive scam and issue going on - we are in the same boat as you ! - 180 AZ CLAIMS - 8 policy violations and we on the phone to management everyday - still no help and nothing after 2 years !
