Please could a moderator assist with Case ID: 10703083832
I have sold this product since November 2023 with positive customer feedback, VoC and account health but new sellers have jumped on and been rather naughty selling the wrong products, leading to a stock investigation of the ASIN.

My stock is 100% genuine and a match to the ASIN with EAN/UPC verified match.
Seller Support has summarised on this case that my units are NOT a match because the Energy Efficiency Rating on the product is supposed to be Rated 'A' but my stock is Rated 'G'.
The listing was created back in 2015 which is Pre-September 2021 when EU changed the Energy Efficiency Ratings to simply them following the introduction of LED's. So the product back in 2015 was Rated A but since 2021, all new manufactured stock (which I own) has it's correct new rating of 'G'.
I can't change the energy rating of the listing because I'm not the brand owner and it's not been changed in the slightest for many many years (historic listing).
I have explained all this in my Seller Support case, providing direct links to manufacturer's website which confirms the new Post-September 2021 rating of the product being 'G' but they have now decided to ignore my responses. I have 530+ units stuck in Reserve status and no one is talking to me. There is no option to contact by phone, only email. Please can a moderator investigate this for me.
To rub salt in the wounds, the three new sellers that have the wrong products are still selling on the listing!!
