we have opened business account on amazon.co.uk but its now deactivated because of section 3 violation and we have provided all the documents which were asked by verification team and my money is wasted amazon support is ridiculous not even talking to me on this issue and when i contacted them by email the reply was so rude!
dont know where this going Can anybody help???

You opened an account 6 months ago according to your profile - has it taken this long or is it a different account ?
@The_Little_Shop we have provided utility bill and bank statement and all other document with matching name and address and our bank also accepted even we have a sale of 727gbp
Go to the dashboard on your seller central account. Type “Performance notifications” in the search box at the top. Click the link to Performance notifications on the right hand side. Then look at the previous notifications and see if they detail specific info etc that amazon wants from you. IF they do then open a case under tax for seller support providing the required info and asking them to re-look at it.
They wont reply because nothing has changed, I suspect you’ll need a new bank account thats accepted but whether its worth doing it I dont know as they may still not accept you
