Read onlyMy account has been deactivated as of yesterday afternoon midway through one of my busiest selling days. I have spoken to 3 different people at seller customer services regarding this and no one can understand why!!! I have been told that my case is being escalated and someone will call me back once they have completed their investigation, however she couldn’t even tell me if it would be today!!! Does anyone know of any other way to find out what has happened to my account - there is no notification and no one at customer support can see any explanation, I have been selling on amazon for 12 years and this is such a crucial selling time for me.
Yet this account you’re posting from was set up in 2018. Which is fine If you received permission from the seller performance team. It would look like the screenshot below.
Without permission your (second) account can be deactivated at any time, but normally as Peter says you would receive a notification.
No I only have one seller account. I have just spoken to another customer services person who is now saying that it is because I have inventory in FBA Amazon.DE, however when I pointed out that this is not the case she confirmed that I was correct!!! She thinks it is connected to DE and has escalated it again!! She also agrees that I have no inventory on any other platform other than UK and cannot see any reason for this deactivation.
this has happened to me. I have been trying for a full week to resolve this matter. amazon keep telling me this is being escal;ated but nothing happens. the screen will not let me put my sort code in that I have been using for 10 years. I am at my wits end. Can anyone help.
Surely , the German Tax matter is to do with Amazon.de not Amazon.co.uk ! Why should that be reason for deactivating Amazon UK account?
I don;t think this is a DE account issue.
i was in same boat and did not upload declaration. DE account was suspended, but I could sell on other European marketplaces.
Once i eventually submitted declaration, DE account was unblocked right away.

This is happening to me too since yesterday. and I dont know what to do. I have not got a number for seller central support and it seems impossible to get any sense out of them.
