Buy shipping services (DPD) parcel delivered to Neighbour, buyer claiming they haven't received it
As above, sent an SFP parcel to a buyer using buy shipping services (DPD) and the delivery pic clearly shows that it has been delivered to their neighbour as per Streetview. The buyer is claiming that they have asked their neighbour who has not got the item. I have contacted DPD to ask the depot etc
What are my next steps please? Would I be covered under any kind of seller guarantee?

Politely tell the customer you have having to inform the police re the neighbour

Tell the customer you will send DPD back to the address to confirm with the neighbour and collect the parcel from where it was delivered.
That normally shuts them up

well I had a similar experience though with hermes purchased through Amazon.
tracking showed delivered, customer denies getting it, opens A-Z, Amazon grant it because it was not signed for, I lose appeal and also get an A-Z on my metric and of course loss the item too.

Buyer has found their parcel at their house.
If you google for NON- RECEIPT OF GOODS DISCLAIMER FORM then you can find the same form that I sent to the buyer.
