I list my ASIN (B00DU6IPT4) in the EU marketplaces at €50 (FBM), however, Amazon has decided it will be a featured offer at €40.
I do not wish to sell at €40 and have been getting differing to zero answer from Amazon. Why would I wish to discount my product when I am the only seller? Even if other sellers list it I would not discount it, as I do not compete on price, but on long term availability and my wide range of products.
An level 3 agent first promised me that the featured offer had been removed, but 2 days later it was still there. I then reduced my stock to zero (as there is another ASIN I offer for the same product which is at €50, but a further 2 days on a buyer was able to purchase it at €40 (which I then cancelled as a "pricing error"). Another case was raised and another agent gave me what seems to be some bull about it taking 36 hours for the 0 stock change to take effect, but yet another 2 days on it's still listed and available to buy at €40!
Am I misunderstanding something about featured offers, or please let me know how I can opt out and decide my own price?
