Closing Amazon business
Hi
I have decided to close my Amazon business.
What is the best way to do this? Should I delete my inventory, then downgrade my account?
I have also had an order in pending for several days, what will happen to this?
Thanks
Joanna

You will need to deal with the pending order, one way or the other.
It will either come through or eventually disappear.
In the meantime, downgrade your account.
Remove your listings and you should be fine.
It wouldn’t hurt to also put the account on Holiday mode.
And obviously, if you have any items at FBA, you will deal with them.

When it clears pending it will have to be shipped.
I’d do that then put all marketplaces on holiday mode. Note: That pending order will still need shipping and you’ll need to keep a valid payment card updated on each marketplace if you want to ever be able to use the account again in the future. 90 days after the EDD of your last order you will be able to close your account fully if you wish to do so providing it is still in good standing (not suspended for anything)
