Ours are 2 pages with the CN22 on page 2. You should be using the CN22 by law.

Currently, you have to attach a CN22 or CN23 to all parcels going outside the EU.
As of January when we officially leave the EU we will probably have to put them on all parcels going outside the UK.

In your Click and Drop settings there is one to ‘turn on CN22’ so it will automatically print that with your label. The feature has been there for over a year. If you add in your HS Code data, it learns and prefills.
Not all countries have the barcode system yet to see whats in the box.

And don’t forget you won’t be able to use large letter to the USA for anything other than actual paper documents, so no dvd’s etc.

As mentioned by other sellers you need to attache CN22, you will be completing the information in C&D in anycase its just the print settings you must have set to were its not printing it

I delivered 100s of items without it to the states with no customers receiving a charge. I just want to understand how this is possible

Got an email from RM today about correct labeling to ROTW locations
Talking about the CN22
But i don’t usually generate CN22s for any locations because the data is in the barcode of the regular label right?
So if printing a label for the US it should just be like the attached right?
