Current wait time for account re-activation after video call

Hi,

Does anyone know of the current time for your account to be activated after the account verification video call? Was told 72 hours, is it longer than that?

Just a Sole Trader account.

A sole trader is a business account - the video call is usually just to verify your personal details. Have you correctly signed up as a Business (not Individual) and already provided your UTR or docs from Companies House (if a Ltd company)? Verification of business accounts can take weeks.
