Featured offer eligibility has been removed

It had been removed because: Changing the shipping charges on a template repeatedly.
They say they will reactivate if i email to confirm that it will never happen and the reason the listing has fluctuating shipping charges.
I’ve done that and nothing happened for 2 days now…

did anyone had this problem?

Buy Box (Featured Offer) is automated and it is not something that Seller Support can switch on and off for you.

If the reason that you have been denied it is because you keep changing the shipping charges it may take Amazon automated processes a while to pick up that you are no longer doing this.

It may however be for another reason. Are your metrics in a good place, if you have a high ODR for example this can stop you getting the buy box.
