Amazon keep telling me the document I submit was not acceptable. Does anyone know what is the best document to submit for the share allotment document?

Their email states:

• A copy of the company’s most recent share allotment document. This usually takes the form of a Statement of Capital, an Annual Return or a Confirmation Statement. It may show the number of shares held by each beneficial owner and the number of shares issued for the company. You can download this document from the UK Companies House website (https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/).

I went to the beta.companieshouse.gov.uk site and searched for my company and downloaded the latest Total excemption full accounts PDF document and sent that over. They mention a confirmation statement but that just contains one line confirming the information has been delivered.
