UPS account number

When arranging a pickup through UPS website directly, I have followed the amazon instructions for completing the form, but it asks for a UPS account number. How do I know what this is?

You will need to register with them if you haven’t used them before

Thanks! I usually call up the phone number and arrange the pickup, I thought the online form would be easier. I’ve ordered multiple times that way, but never been asked for a UPS account number, they just ask for the tracking number on the parcel labels and I get billed through Amazon. Do I have an account number?
