Read onlyDear Seller Community,
I am reaching out for assistance regarding the deactivation of my Amazon Seller account. Despite submitting a detailed Plan of Action, my account remains deactivated, and $27000 has been stuck in my Amazon seller account from last year.
Issue Overview:
My account was deactivated due to issues related to shipment.
The root cause of the issue was poor shipping quality control and inadequate supervision of a third-party warehouser handling customer returns in the USA.
Immediate Actions Taken:
Withdrawn all reimbursement claims.
Ceased using the services of the responsible third-party provider.
Provided proof of delivery and supply chain documentation.
Attached invoices from the new third-party service provider.
Initiated removal order for incorrect inventory.
Preventive Measures Implemented:
Enhanced shipping and packing quality control programs.
Supervision and training of employees.
Appointment of a warehouse supervisor.
Ongoing employee training on Amazon's policies.
Commitment to compliance and adherence to Amazon's guidelines.
Request for Assistance: I kindly request the Seller Community's assistance in expediting the review of my appeal for account reinstatement. I have taken significant steps to address the issue and prevent future policy violations.
Any guidance or advice on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your support.
Good morning @Seller_qoyxe7jSDRRLm,

"I am reaching out for assistance regarding the deactivation of my Amazon Seller account. Despite submitting a detailed Plan of Action, my account remains deactivated,"
I understand you have questions regarding your account and what steps you need to take next in order to work towards reactivation. While you have submitted a plan of action, your account still remains in a deactivated state.
"My account was deactivated due to issues related to shipment.
The root cause of the issue was poor shipping quality control and inadequate supervision of a third-party warehouser handling customer returns in the USA."
When you say that your shipments were being handled by a 3rd party warehouser, what exactly does this mean? What type of business model did you utilize? What was the purpose of this third party- procurement of products or simply the logistics aspects?
If you could please provide further insight into the notification you received or the requested documentation in that notification, the community and I are here to support to the best of our abilities.
All the best,
Stevie.
Yes, this same thing happened with my account but my account reactivated after one similar appeal like you posted. But only 1300 usd was stuck in my account so amazon do not focus on small money they want to grab big money like you account.
They will not reply and help you ever. They also deactivated my selling account saying that I have related with your account. Amazon is totally fraudfraud
