Getting back after holidays
I cannot find how to relist my products after the holidays, they are all marked active but when you go onto the product it says its unavailable and they do not know when they will be available

I have no idea, but they were not successful in changing anything, I have checked and changed all my info now so hopefully things will be back on track, had something like this a few years ago, it turned out it was someone trying to get in to the account but wasn’t successful, hoping that it was the same this time, I will be ringing them tomorrow, thanks again for all your help.

Yes, but there is not box next to the uk marketplace to change to Active, it still says inactive, my account health is great, no issues there

I have just had to change my password as someone was accessing my account, now that is changed I am back on, the edit button appeared and all is well, thank you all

That sounds like an issue you need to be more concerned about
Check your listings, bank account as well as purchase history on buyer side
You may also find amazon may do a security check on your account if you’ve been hacked

Check the mobile number just in case they’ve changed it

Hoping op meant that they were logged in as secondary user without those rights otherwise something very worrying going on as op was obviously already in their account to be posting here ?!
