Absurd AZ case

The customer opened a return case,
Buyers remorse,
Amazon provided the customer a label.
Order was duly refunded by your system (Refund on first scan).
Customer then asks 2 weeks later, 'Where is my refund' and opens an AZ case.
You find in favour of the customer and refund the customer for a 2nd time, in full.
I appeal, again, you find in favour of the customer,
I have opened a case, 10511319592
Can you please research this.
I am now out of pocket x 2, and an ODR impact too.
