AMZN saying i have 0% buy box wins but i do

I have held the buy box for a particular listing im selling on for about 2 hours and have received one order in that time but for some reason amzn is saying i have a 0% featured offer percentage. Does anyone know why?

2 Hours is nothing.

Most likely if you are the only seller either your metrics have gone bad (ODR above 1%) . Alternatively have you checked to see if the ASIN is marked with a competitive price as they have found a price cheaper outside of Amazon and suppressed the buy box.

It may also be a glitch and back on later today.
