Customer has been refunded but keeping the item
Amazon has refunded a customer for an item the they had an issue with (did not read the instructions) and through messaging I resolved the issue, Amazon ignored this and refunded him, he is now keeping it, how do I get paid. ?

If the order was fulfilled via SFP you can file a SATE-T claim.
Go to Orders > Manage SAFE-T Claims and click File a new SAFE-T Claim.

No I send all my orders myself so no way of claiming it I guess

Thanks, did it the old fashioned way, the honest customer did a bank transfer.
