False infringement claim
A competitor is making repeated false infringement claims against our product. We hold a European design registration, last night they made complaints against the ASINs on every European platform. Again we have submitted out design registration number and supporting documents. They submitted a claim against us in Spain ten days ago and the listing is still closed, we have been asked by Amazon to be patient as they have a lot of these claims at this time of year. How can i report their behavior to Amazon, i have searched and searched and I cant find a way. How can Amazon allow this malicious trading practice against a company with a legitimate registered product?

I am sorry to hear that but don’t worry, Amazon will eventually remove your competitor’s ability to submit infringement reports or close his account. It’s only a matter of time.
Here is what the suspension notice in cases like this looks like:
”Your account has been closed due to violations of our Seller Policies and Seller Code of Conduct. We have reason to believe that you have violated our policies by submitting inaccurate and invalid notices of infringement against other Sellers, which violates our Code of Conduct policies for Sellers. Please note that you are responsible for any notices submitted on your behalf by any companies or third parties you have authorized to do so.”
The only thing you can do is keep disputing his false claims by following the instructions in the claim notice.
You can report the matter using the “Report a violation” feature available within the “Contact us” menu in the Seller Central.
Make sure to include all supporting evidence and quotes of Amazon policies which you believe were violated.

This might be wrong and a bit naughty but as you are the holder of the European Design Registration can you not report them for infringement as they have to done you?
