Read onlyOur product has been a best-seller for many years, and we consistently maintain strict quality checks for every batch. However, we have recently experienced a surge in negative reviews and refund requests.
Upon reviewing some of the reviewer profiles, we noticed that several have little to no review history or primarily leave negative reviews. It appears that some customers may be ordering the product, returning it, and leaving negative feedback. What’s even more frustrating is that many customers provide no reason for their refund or return, and Amazon refunds them outside their refund period.
This situation is becoming a significant financial burden on our business. We not only incur costs for PPC advertising but also for refunds, returns, and disposal fees. While this seems to be a win-win for Amazon, as a small seller, it is becoming increasingly difficult to even break even.
Has anyone else experienced a sudden spike in negative reviews and refunds recently? Any advice on how to handle this situation would be greatly appreciated.
