We have received a five stars review,but it disappeared.Does anyone know that will AMAZON delete the reviews or not? Or maybe if the customer refunded the item,the review on it would be deleted?Thx a lot

Amazon may delete it if they suspect that it’s not a genuine review - ie left by a friend, family member
