Read onlyWe have just went through the VAT establishment verification and have passed within a few days. However we now have to verify our bank account again. We have reinputted the same bank details, however the UK site has been sitting as 'verification in progress' for a while. The other sites, which use the exact same bank details, are all showing as verified.
We had received an email to say that our selling on Amazon payment account has been activated on the 16th and 15th. We have also got Amazon to ring a few times to try and figure out what is happening. Each time the case is marked as transferred or answered, however there is never any more information provided to us on what to do. If we could even get a more concrete answer than 'I will transfer this to the relevant team' would be fantastic, whether it is good news or bad news.

Just to give you an update, as of today our Amazon UK account is now showing as bank account Verified. Still no disbursement and am scared to click Request Payment in case it resets the disbursement date to another 2 weeks time. Will give it a little longer.

I reached out again to the partner team and this is the communication I received: "Seller was not receiving funds due to an unverified bank account. I checked in Seller Central, and it appears the seller has verified the bank account in the meantime. The seller has Disbursement on Demand available meaning they can request/initiate a disbursement up to once a day and granted there are funds available for disbursement. Kindly inform the seller accordingly. Let me know in case of any additional issues."
Can you try to Request Payments again and see if it works?

The disbursement requested on 03/06/24 seems to have been successful and is due to arrive in our bank account tomorrow 06/06/24 according to our bank. We have Disbursement on Demand on our Amazon account but we have not been able for the past two days to do any more disbursements and not too sure what has happened. We were able before all this hassle to be able to do daily disbursements. Please could you reach out again to the team to see why this is not working. If I'm understanding correctly: on 03 June you were able to request the disbursements and they were successful but now you cannot request them anymore?
Or you can request them but they result unsuccessful?

I checked again with the partner team and sharing with you their communication: "I confirm the seller has Disbursement on Demand (DoD) enabled. However, for seller to use DoD, funds must be available for disbursement and currently the funds are fully held by our ‘Delivery Date + 7’ (DD+7) reserve: We reserve the sales proceeds for a certain number of days after the delivery date of an order. As soon as funds become available for disbursement, the seller will see this in the Payments section of CS and will be able to request DoD for the available funds, up to once a day."

That is what I thought it might be but I thought this wasn't starting until 21st August but if it has started now at least I won't need to worry about DD+7 come August.
