Hello from Amazon,
We are conducting a review of your selling account. This review is separate from any action regarding the status of your account. If you do not respond to this message within 72 hours, you may not be eligible to sell on Amazon anymore.
Why did I receive this message?
You need to review/update your emergency phone number, as indicated on the Account Health page.
What actions do I need to take?
- Go to Seller Central > Settings > Notification Preferences.
- Locate the Emergency Notification section at the bottom and click Edit.
- Fill in a valid phone number (e.g., +1.), then click Save.
- When the setup/review is complete, send us a confirmation email by replying to this notice.
What happens next?
Once we receive your confirmation email, we’ll email you a six-digit code to complete the review. Check your inbox and follow the directions provided.
If you have questions or concerns about any part of the process, just reply to this email. If you prefer to call us, log into Seller Central from your desktop browser (not currently available on the mobile app). From Seller Central, access your Account Health page via the Performance menu and click the �Call me now� button. Next, enter your phone number and an account health support specialist will contact you right away.

Not from Amazon. You can see how Amazon’s emails should end in the help file for spoof. Be sure to report the email.
