Getting Money Back

Hi all

Appreciate any help on this.

Amazon took £30 out of my account straight away (thought they’d unless wait until shop was set up)

How can I request a refund on this? I have literally spent hours trying to get through to someone. Also spoke to my bank who wont help me

You open a case with Seller Support and ask for a refund. They may take a while to respond.

Not sure if you’ll get a refund straight away on a deactivated account but you can also downgrade so no more money is take out
