Never had this before.
Our Evri Business account linked to Amazon. Today for the first time 50% of our deliveries resulted in this customer does not accept unsolicited mail.

Do you mean you send an email to the customer from Evri? I have no idea I’m afraid, but Amazon would provide their own email anyway to inform of despatch, and if you’ve passed the tracking details across, these should be included.
