Unknown Error: Please try again later
I’ve just had a customer message me to say they haven’t received there order. When I clicked on the order number linked to the message it simply says “Unknown Error: Please try again later”. The order number isn’t on our shipped orders / cancelled orders and there’s no record of it in our click and drop account so the order has never been processed. I don’t know what to advise the customer as i’ve never seen anything like this before. We can’t ship anything as there’s no order that we can view and we can’t even refund it if she’s actually paid for it. I’ve had to advise to contact Amazon and get them to cancel and refund the order their end due to a technical error… anyone ever had this before.

have you tried searching your orders by the ASIN and then cross referencing the time, date and name of the buyer ?
