How do I contact Amazon?
I’ve had no sales for over 2 weeks which is very unusual and makes me think something is wrong and wonder if this something to do with the VAT request. I have tried to fill in the VAT form but I am not VAT registered and nowhere near needing to register. I tried to input a UTR (tax number) on the form but this was not accepted. Please can someone tell me what I should do. I also can’t find the Amazon ‘Contact Us’ button anymore so information on how to find that please that would also be very helpful.

But if you’re not vat registered, you shouldn’t complete the vat form.
There was a scan email going round recently requesting people to complete vat details after entering their account info and verification code. Did you fall for that by any chance? Can you access your account ok? Have you checked for any new user permissions in Settings? Bank account details ok?

You have to start a case.
Your startpage -> Help up to the right -> Contact us down to the right -> write a seach word -> read the help text that pops up, maybe it will help you. If not, click on Your Account -> select Other Occount Issues (or whichever you find more suitable) -> follow the information …
There you can write or have them call you.
If you write:
Suggestion 1: Change the heading so you in your log can the subject at a quick glance.
Suggestion 2: If you plan on writing a lot of text, do it in Word, Notepad, Sticky Note or whatever suit you best. I don’t know haw many times I have started writing a message in the textfield, click on something and the text is gone.

there are many help pages but if you don’t find what you are looking for you can raise a case by email (sometimes chat and/or phone is available depending on the topic you choose)
there are two main help sections:
Selling on Amazon: this is for any non handmade related queries e.g. settings, payments, performance etc.
Selling on Handmade: (this help is only available to registered Handmade Sellers) if you have any questions on Handmade features, set up, customisations etc.
