Dear Amazon Seller Support,
A buyer has left a 1 star review which violates community guidelines. As the community guidelines state, "Product condition and damage" is not allowed, however, the review focused on this topic. This is not fair and must be removed as the review is not about the product and it is FBA so it is amazon's responsibility. Here is the screenshot and link to the review:

I have already reported the review and sent an email to community-help@amazon.com and opened multiple cases with no luck, I am requesting immediate attention from any specialist who can help escalate this issue to the appropriate teams. This is very urgent as this is a new product so the negative review will have a noticeable impact on my sales.

was damaged (2 words) and "would quality not good" 4 words. I doubt the focus is on the 2 words.
