Read onlyI have 4 units ($700 each) damaged by FBA warehouse 2 weeks ago, and these units are now in unfulfillable condition. I try to contact Amazon support multiple times, but just get repeated answer saying that "1 TRID(s) are ineligible for reimbursement according to the FBA lost and damaged inventory reimbursement policy."
I have checked every detail and my account is normal, nothing is wrong on my side. But there is just no reimbursement. I don't know what else to do, Amazon support is just so frustrating.
