30 days to verify a passport and waiting
My old passport expired and Amazon asked me to upload a copy of my new one. That was on the 1st of April and they haven't bothered to contact me since.
I have posted three support requests and emailed the verification team directly with absolutely zero help from them
Is there anything else I can do to expedite this issue?
The kicker is - my account shows as healthy but I can't actually use it
