My Account Has Been Suspended due to a linked account
My account was suspended this morning due to being linked to another account. I have never heard of the other account, or had another Amazon account. The account name is strange. I’ve appealed to Amazon. Not sure how this has happened?
Anyone else had this? Am I likely to get my account reinstated?

I have been having this exact same problem. I have absolutely no idea what the other account is and have appealed so many times I’ve lost count. I’ve stated every single time that I don’t know what the other account is.

As a starter does any of the following apply.
Do you actually live in the uk or just use a uk address such as an accountant.
Do you log into your accounts from anywhere on a public wifi system?
Is the wifi system that you use totally secure? ie its your system not a shared one such as a uni account.

I had exactly the same issue starting several months ago. I have sent multiple emails including a statutory declaration stating I have no other linked accounts, all to no avail. They won’t even let me close my account until the issue is sorted. I can no longer tolerate the incompetance and unprofessional behaviour of Seller central UK and have asked to have my stock removed to save on storage fees.
