94% Buy box on PL product?
Hi guys,
Just a little confused - logged on to my dashboard today to find 94% buy box win. I have my own private label product and don’t see how I cant’ have 100%. I clicked on the “other seller” and it shows feedback of an angry customer who had a fulfillment problem (which is crossed out and says Amazon takes responsibility for this issue) and nothing else (I’m assuming this is my profile).
Could someone shed some light?

The BuyBox percentages have their own algorythm, which considers the following factors:

Total Number of Buy Box views

Detail Page Views
-
Views on the page where there is no active offer or Buy Box.
If you don’t offer international shipping or your international or Expedited/Premium shipping costs are expensive, these buyers will see no BuyBox and those views are included in the calculations as well, which results in lower BuyBox percentages.
