Amazon stopped to pay me out
Hi everyone, I have an issue with Amazon as they haven’t paid me out for 4 weeks now. They say the reason is that I don’t receive enough feedback compare to the sales I made. They are reviewing my account for weeks and the next pay-out day is tomorrow. I haven’t heard from them, sent them several emails, requested a call back ( that service is not available anymore), called amazon and they couldn’t help me as they are not trained to deal with sellers and they cannot transfer call to the sellers help centre. How can I force people to leave me reviews/ feedbacks. I have 25 reviews and all of them 5*. Has anyone has/ had the same issue? Shall I take legal advice?

Hi we sell about 2000 units a month and usually only get a couple a month, I am guessing your a new seller and 30 days is usually the case at first and you will find they hold onto a bigger chunk all the time until you build up a good reputation, we disperse daily and find they usually hold back 25-30% ish
