Account deactivated over 2 months

I just opened my account 2 months ago and it has been deactivated ever since. i have provided all the documents for verification and it says that it will take 24 hours. its been 2 months of me, sending emails to amazon and call them asking when my account will be active. STILL nothing happens.

I tried calling them today and did not even get a response. What do I do now?

I feel for you, it is tough to get any response from Amazon.
Important is that every time you make a contact with them, your case is pushed down the end of waiting list…
give it a few days and you actually might get a response there.
