Account Deactivated, need help in reactivation

I have received this email from amazon,
We reviewed your account and the information you provided, and we have decided that you may not open a Selling on Amazon account. You cannot sell on Amazon UK and Amazon European marketplaces if you do not have a Selling on Amazon account.
We may not respond to further emails about this issue. If you register any new accounts, we will also decline them.
Kindly help reactivate my account.
How can I contact seller support by call, as I don’t have any option of call.

You don’t. You would need to supply the previous emails where Amazon have advised what documents you need to provide to support your application and someone may be able to assist you, but it will depend on the reason Amazon are denying your account application.
Have you ever had, or begun to open an Amazon account before? Do you have (or started to apply for) an Amazon account in another country?

I received this massage from Amazon, I have been careless not amending some of my listings under my adult category. Looks like all other categories has been closed.
Any advice on what I should do please?
